The medication is the easy part

GLP-1 medications work — they reduce appetite and food noise in a way willpower does not. What decides your result a year from now is everything built around them: protein, resistance training, sleep, dose timing, side-effect management, and a provider who adjusts the plan instead of handing you a pen and disappearing.

How the programme runs

• Consultation. We review your health history, current medications and what you have already tried, and confirm whether a GLP-1 is appropriate for you.
• Prescription. If a licensed provider approves your plan, medication is prescribed at a starting dose chosen for tolerance, not speed.
• Titration. We step the dose up gradually, managing nausea and other side effects as they come rather than after they have derailed you.
• Muscle protection. Rapid weight loss costs muscle unless you defend it. We set protein targets and push resistance training from week one.
• Follow-up. Regular check-ins to adjust dose, troubleshoot plateaus and plan for what happens when you reach your goal.

Side effects, said plainly

Nausea, constipation, reflux and fatigue are common early and usually manageable with dose pacing, hydration and food changes. Some people cannot tolerate these medications, and a few should not take them at all. That is exactly what the consultation is for.

What we will not do

We will not promise you a number of pounds by a date, sell you a plan without a provider reviewing your history, or leave you on a maximum dose indefinitely with no check-ins. Weight regain after stopping is common, so we would rather talk about the long game up front.
